MY JOURNEY

MY PARENTS CREATED A BEAUTIFUL PRECEDENCE for me with their aesthetics and artistic pursuits. The formative years of my life were spent between Lucknow and Kotwara. I moved to Delhi only later for higher education. I would often use ‘katrans’ from the studio to fashion clothes and try them on my friends. I honed my skills at the London College of Fashion. I was never about the avant-garde looks, but rooted in the essence of beauty and capturing the soul of the woman wearing my designs. I joined my family label in 2014 and since then I am learning about Indian textiles while trying to inject my aesthetics into the brand.
