LIVING SPACE

This area is open-plan so the sofa acts as a divider between here and the entrance.

Solapa coffee tables, Stua. Cozy swivel chair, West Elm. Reese sofa, Room & Board. XYZ chandelier, Akacharliestudio

KITCHEN

A central, black-wood-clad ‘cube’ was added to this floor to house a pantry, mudroom and WC. The pantry keeps the cook space clutter=free.

LIVING AREA

‘We added a lounge space in the kitchen because that’s where everybody gathers,’ says interior designer Elaine Santos. ‘We always want to think about the end-user and we knew Christa really loves reading so we carved this space out for her.’
