The client, a Muscat-based NRI entrepreneur and serial investor, wanted to convert this resort into a farmhouse. The resort had three structures: a restaurant with an indoor and large outdoor seating with space for a kitchen and staff, a standalone hotel building with 12 rooms and a banquet room, and an elliptical pool with a poolside changing room which also housed poolside services.
Phase I of the project was refurbishing the existing structures into a farmhouse while Phase II entailed new construction of more rooms on the property. On completion of Phase II, the project would go on to become a full-fledged resort.
