Raheja Platinum, the growing business centre in Marol, Mumbai, is where the newest WeWork co-working space finds its base.

The design of this new space is a collaborative effort lead by Francois Gramoli, Regional Creative Director, and Adam Kimmel, Chief Creative Officer, with architect Rubah Musvee and interior designer Chandini Venugopal — all part of the WeWork India team. The facility is made up of ground plus eight floors (spread across 1,58,800 sq ft) with a terrace space that is equipped with an ozone infinity pool and a small space for indoor gym. “Before we started, the building was a clean bare shell. The builders had invested in making the building platinum LEED certified. Hence, it was a beautiful clean slate for us to create a design narrative from scratch,” explains Francois.
