This fitness freak sailing with the best body in bollywood since a long time believes in “health is wealth” and keeps on the health track by following healthy routine and not indulging in gymming like others abs crazy people. He follows the primary and simple common routine. A disciplined lifestyle, good workout routine and a balanced diet is his motto stay intact with health.

He gets up at 5:30 in the morning, indulges in workouts that keep him active like kick boxing, shadow boxing, rock climbing, hiking, skipping or swinging. Then he swims and practices martial arts for an hour and then meditates for an hour to restore peace and mental strength in order to keep his mind calm and peaceful.

He doesn’t indulge in alcohol, smoking, nicotine and caffeine in any form. He takes balance diet and likes to eat home made food and let me tell you he is not a dieting person. He eats everything but at the right time. He is “early to rise and early to bed” kind of a person. He starts his day with wholesome paranthas and a glass of milk and then takes heavy lunch including brown rice, veggies yogurt, lentils or lean meat. He takes his dinner 3 hours before going to bed and generally has meal rich in proteins and less in carbs.
