Bear grylls’ latest TV adventure sees the survival specialist head for the Bermuda Triangle to swim in shark-infested waters.

To make it a bit more challenging still, the 44-year-old dives into the middle of a shark feeding frenzy and does some spear-fishing, which he describes as ‘sending out a code red to sharks’.
