Kerry Washington plays white House political fixer olivia Pope for one last time…
As Scandal returns for its seventh and final season this week, former First Lady Mellie Grant (Bellamy Young) is 100 days into her presidency and what she doesn’t know is that her Chief of Staff, Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington), has her own plans for the new administration.
Political fixer Olivia has been at the heart of many a jaw-dropping storyline since the show began, while also being torn between the two loves of her life – former President Fitz Grant, and Jake Ballard, currently head of the National Security Agency.
Here, Washington, 40, reveals what we can expect in this exciting climax to the show…
Olivia is even braver and bolder this season. How does it feel to play such a powerful woman?
