The last time we saw Serinda Swan on our screens, she was playing Medusa, the red-haired queen of Attilan, in the Sky One sci-fi series Inhumans.

The show turned out to be one of Marvel Studios’ rare flops, but now the Canadian star is back in the spotlight with the lead role in Universal’s new crime drama Coroner. The eight-part series is inspired by British writer Matthew Hall’s best-selling mystery novels about West Country coroner Jenny Cooper.
