Lady Gaga leads an astonishing line-up of A-listers in an Online Fundraiser

To honour those working on the coronavirus frontlines, Lady Gaga tapped some of the world’s biggest celebrities to perform the online concert One World: Together at Home on April 18. Gaga, who has been self-isolating with boyfriend Michael Polansky (who she referred to as “the love of my life” in an interview promoting the special) kicked off the eight-hour live-streaming event. “What I’d like to do tonight is just give you, if I have permission, a moment to smile,” she said before launching into a soulful rendition of Nat King Cole’s ‘Smile’ on the piano.
