Kim Under Fire ‘I Feel Like A Failure'

The star is sued by her staff and faces a major career setback as her ex moves on

Kim Kardashian has her hands full juggling four kids while struggling to complete her law degree and finalising her divorce from Kanye West. Now she can add fighting a lawsuit into the mix. The star, 40, is being sued by seven former members of the gardening and maintenance staff of her $78 million Hidden Hills mansion.

According to the 10-point complaint, filed May 24 in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the plaintiffs claim Kardashian paid them late, withheld 10 per cent of their wages for taxes — and then didn’t forward those sums to the government. She’s also been accused of refusing to pay overtime and forcing them to work without meal breaks. In addition, one employee claims he was terminated when he inquired about his rights, and another was employed as a 16-year-old but worked longer than the maximum hours allowed for their age.
