She’s long been rumored to have kept her relationships out of the spotlight at the behest of ex-husband Tom Cruise, so it’s understandable Katie Holmes would want to flaunt her hot new romance for all to see.

The actress, 41, shared a PDA-filled day with new beau Emilio Vitolo Jnr, 33, in New York City on September 13, with the pair at one point spotted enjoying a steamy kiss. “Katie is head over heels in love with Emilio,” an insider tells Star magazine.

However, friends of the star are now worried Holmes is falling a little too hard and fast for the restaurateur – especially given recent whispers about her new flame’s alleged bad-boy behavior. Vitolo is said to have called time on his relationship with fiancée Rachel Emmons, 24, around the same time that he and Holmes first sparked dating rumours with a lunch date.
