Nick Jonas has posted on his Instagram that perhaps Priyanka Chopra Jonas would be the only Jonas to be honoured with an Oscar soon. People in the know claim he is perhaps referring to Priyanka’s mind-blowing performance as Pinky Madam in the film The White Tiger. And we absolutely agree, she was absolutely fabulous in it and if not an actual Oscar, Priyanka would definitely get nominations.

Globally too, The White Tiger has shown its class and is the number one film in a record breaking eight countries so no wonder both the cast and crew are busy patting each other’s backs. Even in India after Netflix streamed this beautifully made film, both critics and the audience haven’t stopped raving about it. In fact, ‘producer’ Mukul Deora had even tweeted after it was announced that The White Tiger was the Number One film across the world: “Overwhelmed by the mad love for our film. Thinking back to when I first read the book and felt a burning desire to share it with the world. Any film is ultimately a collaboration between the filmmakers and the audience. Thank you all!”

…All hunky dory until news filtered in that veteran Hollywood producer John Hart has dragged Mukul Deora to court over copyright infringement via “A web of offshore entities.”
