Shape Up With Kelly Rowland!

The singer talks to OK! About her daily diet, her body confidence and the secret to her rock-hard abs.

When it comes to health and fitness, Kelly Rowland doesn’t mess around. “It’s extremely important to me. You’ve only got one body and you have to take care of it,” says the 37-year-old Destiny’s Child alum, who came to that realization in 2014 after losing her mother to cardiac arrest. “All of a sudden there was this light switch that came on [that reminded me] I need to be on this earth for as long as I possibly can.” Now Kelly, who’s mom to 4-year-old son Titan, tries “to live a healthy lifestyle by eating the foods that my body needs [and] working out.” As she celebrates the debut of her first-ever activewear line, the Kelly Rowland for Fabletics collection, Kelly chats with OK! about looking and feeling her best.
