Although the “Fixer Upper” stars are worth $20 million thanks to their Magnolia lifestyle brand, Chip has his sights set on broadening their base from their Texas hometown, according to insiders.

“Chip believes you have to spend money to make money,” tattled an insider.

“If he had his way, they’d be pouring money into more ventures and not just in Waco. He wants to expand across the southwest and Midwest, and eventually as far away as New York and Los Angeles.

“His brain works overtime, while Jo takes the practical steps to make it all happen.”
