Kylie Jenner always said she wanted to be more open with fans during her next pregnancy – and she sure seemed to be letting everyone in on the news that daughter Stormi has a sibling on the way when she posted about “baby #2?”on Insta on February 3.

Indeed, NW can reveal that the “exciting new project” the star tweeted about on January 22 that she’s been “cooking up for a while” is another little bundle of joy with 26-year-old boyfriend Travis Scott! OMG!

“Kylie is acting super coy about this but she’s not fooling anyone,” an insider tells NW. “It’s widely believed that not only is she pregnant but she’s way further along than people first thought. The talk is that she’s safely past the first trimester.”

Pals say the star’s been seeing her doctor for regular health check-ups and all is going well with the baby, but she’s yet to decide when to spill the beans about the bun in the oven.
