“She’s had feelings for Scott for years,” an insider tells NW. “Back then it was an innocent crush. He’s a handsome guy and she was just an innocent kid. It was cute.”

But in recent weeks the supermodel, 22, has found it increasingly harder to hide her true feelings for her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s ex. Why? Because she’s jealous of his teen lover Sofia Richie!
