Jen: ‘I'm the Only One Who Can Save Ben'

In shocking images revealed last week, Jennifer Garner was pictured driving her estranged husband Ben Affleck to rehab after staging an intervention. The actor reportedly arrived at the rehab facility last Wednesday, checking in for an “extended period of time”. This will be Ben’s third visit to rehab, after an initial stint in 2001, and then for a second time in March 2017.

This follows on from a week of revelations surrounding the 46-year-old, including rumours that he was dating 22-year-old lingerie model Shauna Sexton after his split from girlfriend Lindsay Shookus. US reports questioned if the actor/producer had cheated when he and Shauna were pictured leaving Nobu in Malibu, and last week, eating fast food in his car.

While Jen and Ben split in 2015, after over ten years together and amid cheating rumours, they are yet to divorce and have stayed close for the sake of their three kids, Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine, and Samuel, six. And a source tells heat that it is the thought of their children that encouraged Jen to stage the intervention.
