Ant’s ex enjoys a bit of R&R

A bit of sunshine lifts everyone’s spirits, and that’s clearly just what Lisa Armstrong needs right now. The 41 year old has been hanging out in Los Angeles in an effort to heal her broken heart. And while she looked a little bit on the sad and lonely side as she sunbathed alone on the beach, she also made sure to get out and about with friends and make the most of the mountains and beautiful scenery.
