Car: Maserati Levante Diesel

The Maserati Levante is the first SUV from the exotic Italian brand, and true to Maserati’s tradition, it’s an absolute stunner to look at, and the least SUV-looking SUV there is.

It’s large, no doubt, but the design is so sleek that it’s more like a well-built athlete rather than a bulky body-builder. The sleek side profile is typically Maserati, with the three slots on the front fender and the pronounced rear haunch, all of which contribute to the fact that it looks more like a crossover.

The inside is bathed in luxurious leather. There isn’t any groundbreaking technology or feature in there, but the symmetrical layout, the finish and material remind you that it’s designed by Italians, especially the large three-spoke steering wheel and the analogue dials.
