It was great to be one of the recipients of MedTech innovator award. It was a great learning experience and exposure to vast MedTech ecosystem. Also, the financial gain will help us move towards our commercialization gain. It was a great cohort of peers to learn and interact with.

What are the ideology behind the innovation of VACOX healing device?

Delayed healing of chronic wounds causes complications like pain, septicaemia, infections, and amputations leading to lifelong disability. During the clinical Immersion throughout the healthcare system, we found that a lot of people were affected by the problem of non-healing wounds and the existing solutions had one or other limitations. Further research and validation outside India confirmed our ideology to build a comprehensive wound healing solution which can be accessible and affordable in all kind of healthcare settings and can cater to wounds of different etiologies.
