BMW M5 E 39 Series German Muscle Car

My relationship with the BMW M Power brand has been a long term affair, I have had a string of the high performance range, including an E46 M3, three examples of the E46 M3 CSL and an E39 M5. I was drawn to E63 M6 ownership specifically for the iconic 500bhp V10 under the bonnet, an engine which was originally intended for the Formula One team, complete with its distinct sound and rev-happy nature. At the time when I started looking they were unquestionable value for money, I simply couldn’t ignore it – there was nothing else that compared at the price. Despite never having driven one I knew that it would have earned the M badge, so handling, braking, cutting-edge technology and comfort were assured alongside bonkers performance. Reliability of owning a relatively new car was also a big draw when I bought the M6 in 2012, my previous car was a Porsche 911 Carrera (964) and I was pretty sick of things going wrong with it.
