THE new Kia Niro EV has made a surprise debut in production-ready form at the International Electric Vehicle Expo in Jeju, South Korea, and Kia has confirmed that its second all-electric SUV, which moves the game on from the Soul EV, will appear for the first time in Europe at October’s Paris Motor Show.
