Well, we all announce mental health is important mental health is essential we should prioritise mental health. But how do we see people who have a mental illness?
Are you the one to understand and support those who experience it or are you the one to judge it? Mental illness can happen to anyone at any point in their life. Many experiences it yet is in denial or stuck with stigma. Let me share an experience, with someone I know, let's name this person Sagar. A very smart guy, in his late thirties, unmarried and working in the creative field. He contacted me mentioning his chest pain and sadness.
