A friend of ours recently returned from a trip to London. As it happens, the young lady in question often writes a blog for us and, in return, we sponsor her via a charity which assists in her development as an up-and coming three day eventer. Once back in Wales, she was keen to let us know about the huge gulf between our property prices and those in London.
