Smallholdings with land are on the market in Wales for less than the price of two-bedroom terraced home in London. Martyn Buck, a director of specialist estate agents The Smallholding Centre, reports
A friend of ours recently returned from a trip to London. As it happens, the young lady in question often writes a blog for us and, in return, we sponsor her via a charity which assists in her development as an up-and coming three day eventer. Once back in Wales, she was keen to let us know about the huge gulf between our property prices and those in London.
