KNOCKED FOR SIX, CRICKET STAR LIAM PLUNKETT PUTS THE ‘LOVE OF HIS LIFE’ BEFORE ENGLAND DUTIES

Beaming as they stand among beautiful flowers and foliage, England cricketer Liam Plunkett and his American bride Emeleah Erb look bowled over to be husband and wife in these lovely images of their wedding at Barnsley House in Gloucestershire – revealed exclusively in HELLO!.
“It was a beautiful day. We even had nice weather and sunshine!” smiles fast bowler Liam, who missed the start of England’s autumn Sri Lanka tour in order to get married. The original tour dates changed after the couple had already booked their big day, and with Emeleah’s US family having bought flights across the pond to attend, Liam took the tough decision to skip his England duties in favour of a different kind of international match.
“It was the right decision,” he says, speaking exclusively to HELLO! as he shares his wedding album. “Emeleah is the love of my life and I had dreamt of this day since we met. Playing for England is a dream come true, but at this point in my life, marrying my best friend had to be a priority.”
So the pair celebrated their special day with friends and family, many of whom made the journey over from the US. “We used a London bus to pick up people who had just landed at the airport from the States, to get them excited to be in England,” says Liam.
The double-decker also ferried guests between the couple’s two wedding locations: Barnsley House, where they had their legally binding ceremony, and a church in nearby Bibury, where they had a reli

THE TALK OF THE TOWN
For someone openly campaigning to get a Nobel Peace Prize, Donald Trump has been going about it in an unusual way. Early last month, the President proclaimed in a press conference that the Department of Defense would thereafter be known as the Department of War. At the same briefing, the presumed new Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, promised that the armed forces will deliver “maximum lethality” that won't be “politically correct.” That was a few days after Trump had ordered the torpedoing of a small boat headed out of Venezuela, which he claimed was piloted by “narco-terrorists,” killing all eleven people on board, rather than, for instance, having it stopped and inspected. After some military-law experts worried online that this seemed uncomfortably close to a war crime, Vice-President J. D. Vance posted, “Don't give a shit.”
