June is here and that means we are almost halfway through 2019! It feels like time is running away with us, we are so focused on our daily lives that we sometimes forget to live. My midyear epiphany is that we should make time for our family and friends and we should make time for ourselves. Most importantly we should take that trip we have been dreaming about and planning, yet it never happens because we are too busy.
