The need for entrepreneurship is everywhere-from individuals within and outside organizations, to family run businesses and youngsters. We have tried to share perspectives from varied lenses. The first article gives us a close-up view of what really constitutes an entrepreneurial personality and a short exercise to test one’s own Entrepreneurial Quotient (EQ). The next article talks about fostering entrepreneurial thinking in family run businesses. We have dedicated the next section to carry inspiring stories of entrepreneurship across industries-in the medical and education field, as well as in the social sector. In the article ‘Age no bar’, we have explored how entrepreneurship cuts across ages, even post retirement. On the other hand, our face-to-face interview gives fresh insights into women entrepreneurs in the financial sector, hoping to inspire others to pursue something dear to their heart. We have also included an article on ‘Why startups fail to scale’ to explore the challenges that may result in the startup not being as successful as it had hoped to be.
