The financial performance of India Inc. has been very strong. In the March 2016 quarter, there are more positive surprises than the negative ones. We expect another round of upgrades happening in the June 2016 quarter as well. We expect another positive news on the policy making front as well. With most of the state elections being over and Congress and allies in Rajya Sabha being reduced to a minority (less than 1/3rd), there is a high possibility that GST bill would be passed within the next one or two quarters. This would come as a major positive for markets, taking it to a new orbit. We still stand by our stance that we are in a secular bull run and when others are worried about volatility, it is time to prepare a portfolio for the long-term.
