As the Ruias and the Mittals battle it out to get a hold over one of the world's biggest steel mills (Essar Steel), the case has already been dragged and heard in every possible institution serving justice in India. This case has surprisingly helped the courts enunciate the grey areas and clarify on many imponderables.
