Reflecting on the awards, our September-October issue highlights extraordinary achievers and special stories. Talking about achievers, our cover story this issue is on Peter Dhillon, CEO of Richberry Group of Companies and 2014 DARPAN Awards recipient. Dhillon won the Corporate Engagement Award in honour of his extraordinary achievements as a leader and entrepreneur in the South Asian community. DARPAN 5th Annual Extraordinary Achievement Awards marked another occasion for the South Asian community to gather and recognize the talents in society. The year 2014 was marked by a range of personalities gracing the DARPAN Cover. From NASA astronaut Sunita Williams to UBC President Arvind Gupta, DARPAN has showcased personalities that are significantly contributing their expertise to various fields.
