Welcome to our Summer 2021 issue of Autostrada, It has been a slow start to the automotive season here in Ontario, Canada due to stay at home orders during the COVID 19 pandemic. We are excited to host more of our community driven events throughout the summer months including track days, cruises, dinners and several other charity events. Our goal has always been to bring together the great people and companies within our automotive community, hopefully this summer we will be able to do so. You might recognize our cover feature Samantha Tan from our very first issue of Autostrada in March of 2015. It’s been incredibly inspiring for us to watch her career and talents develop over the last 6 years into a 23 year old race team owner and driver. Samantha is also a devoted advocate of the Stop Asian Hate campaign and raises awareness and funds to help stop anti-Asian hate crimes worldwide. During the last three years behind the wheel of the BMW M4 GT4, Samantha has been a front-runner in the GT4 America Series and recently accomplished her first PRO racing wins at the 24 Hours of Dubai and 6 Hours of Abu Dhabi. We are excited to continue watching Samantha and ST Racing reach new heights in the years to come. We are so encouraged by all the positive momentum our magazine has created since we began this journey almost 6 years ago.
