Goodbye 2017 and hello 2018, Happy New Year everyone!
Whether you spent the festive season back in your home
country with family and friends, stayed in Dubai or went
on vacation I hope you all enjoyed yourselves and haven’t

resolutions as I simply break them after the first week or
so but I’m determined to get fit and lose a few pounds this
