STARGAZE TO LIFT YOUR MOOD
Looking at the sky could improve your state of mind, reveals research by Coventry University. Feelings of awe from stargazing can trigger the release of serotonin and dopamine, which gives you a lift and reduces fatigue. 'Stargazing allows us to connect with something greater than ourselves,' says consultant psychologist Dr Elena Touroni. 'This can be beneficial for those with depression, where there tends to be more focus on the self.'
