Principal of KIIT World School Sohna Road, Dr. Neelima Kamrah is a visionary educator and supporter for sustainability. Early on in life, deeply inspired by her father, an economics teacher, Dr. Kamrah grew up to love education. Excellence defined her 23-year tenure as Vice Principal of KIIT World School, Pitampura, and she was given the State Award for Best Teacher. In 2017 she was named Founder Principal of KIIT Gurgaon.

Located at a rural-urban border, she developed a vibrant learning environment for over 600 kids and led the construction of a verdant green campus with more than 2,000 trees, winning the Gold Award for Green Campus. Reflecting its dedication to cleanliness and the community, the institution also won the National Swachhta Award. Grounded in experiential learning, Dr. Kamrah advocates a comprehensive and inclusive educational approach. The culture of her school is guided by her “GRADE” model: Gratitude, Regularity, Attitude of Positivity, Dutifulness, and Etiquette of Ethics.
