The rise of Ruth & FALL OF EAMONN

For Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes, the past 15 months have been full of ups and downs. After the announcement in May 2024 that they were ending their marriage, they have very much gone their separate ways - and for one of them, there has certainly been more positive news.

imageRuth, 65, has seen her profile skyrocket. While she has continued to front Loose Women - a position she is expected to keep, alongside other veteran panellists, despite budget cuts at ITV Daytime starting in January - she has enjoyed particular success in her brand deals. Her clothing range at QVC has gone from strength to strength, celebrating its eighth year, and she's also done brand deals with the likes of Amazon's Alexa and Tesco, doing paid content on her social media to promote them.

Ruth has also been enjoying girly holidays and nights out with celeb pals like Rylan Clark and Lizzie Cundy, and generally seems to be living her best life. 'You can either let yourself crumble or you pick yourself up and get on with life. It's a choice,' she has said.
