'HARRY AND MEGHAN SHOULD STOP USING ROYAL TITLES'

Cast your mind back to the Sandringham Summit. It was January 2020, and Harry and Meghan had shocked all the royals by saying they wanted to leave and earn their own money.

The late Queen was quite clear that they couldn’t be ‘half in, half out’, as the Sussexes wanted. She knew that ‘royal’ means ‘working royal’ - working for the good of others and the country, rather than yourself.

So when the Sussexes walked away, they agreed not to use their His/Her Royal Highness titles as, in effect, they were no longer royal.

But it turns out that Meghan is still using hers privately.

The gifts were sent last year, but a video was published earlier this year by cosmetics billionaire Jamie in the publicity push for Meghan's TV show and lifestyle brand.

Meghan’s representatives denied this was any breach of the deal struck five years ago, as it was acard sent privately, and not used ina public or commercial way.

But surely even using it privately is self-promotion at the very least?
