Boxing up MEMORIES

As you no doubt know, moving house has been scientifically proven to be the third most stressful experience in the universe. I don't know what one and two are, but probably base jumping and war.

Our event occurred three months ago, so the panicked juggling of keys, payments, moving trucks and bedroom selection is a distant memory, replaced by the ongoing stress of a number of boxes still standing around accusingly, like cardboard Daleks, in what should be relaxed, spacious living areas.

No matter how many we cart away, the number remains stubbornly at “heaps”. I think they might be breeding.

It's a constant reminder to us that we're not finished and a flashing neon sign to any visitors that we're lazy, messy, disorganised and have little respect for feng shui.
