● I'm doing my first stage show, because I was asked to and I'm constitutionally unable to say no! I was first asked a long time ago, and time went by, but then I saw Paul Hollywood do a show, and he's really good. Actually, I think Paul could read the telephone directory and he'd still have a Palladium full of women watching it!

● My show is about my life and times. It's mostly catering disaster stories, like the time I thawed raspberries for ice cream for 300 people. But it was actually beetroot. I made beetroot ripple ice cream instead and it tasted excellent. Much of my catering career has been pulling a rabbit out of a hat.
