Smartwatches are either bought for looks or for health tracking features offered by the devices, unless we are talking about the devices in the premium segment, which go beyond these basic features. The Nord Watch is the budget offering from OnePlus, and it certainly looks great with glossy polished zinc alloy frame and a 1.78-inch AMOLED display ina rectangular design.

The watch carries IP68-rated weatherproofing and comes complete with over 100 watch faces. The display offers 368 x 448-dot resolution and 60Hz refresh rate, making it quite responsive. The device has a single button. Though shaped like a normal watch crown, it doesn’t have scroll functionality. The watch features menstrual cycle tracking in addition to keeping track of usual health parameters like heart rate, SpO2, stress, and sleep. The watch pairs with smartphone with N Health app, and works with both Android and iOS devices, though full features are accessible only with a OnePlus Nord smartphone.

The Nord Watch offers up to 10 days of battery life on standard usage. Always-on display and onboard GPS are missing. However, raise-to-wake feature is available. Walk and run are detected automatically. The watch can track 105 types of exercises, but these have to be manually activated, like most other smartwatches.
