1. Underlying Architecture and Technologies

We're a cloud-native stack that primarily runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The entry point into WebEngage is through our mobile and web software development kits (SDKs), that help push data to WebEngage's acquisition servers. All data coming in there is warehoused into both a transactional and an analytical store. The columnar analytical store helps power insights on that data, and there is an aggregation layer that helps query common metrics quickly. The analytical stack is also used by WebEngage's AI stack for personalization.

The transactional store powers our automation stack, which is responsible for engaging with users in a personalized fashion.
