Could you share how voestalpine's presence in India has evolved over the years?
voestalpine's presence in India has evolved significantly over the years, driven by our commitment to delivering advanced solutions to manufacturing industry.
I represent the High-Performance Metals Division of voestalpine India, which specializes in tool and special steels designed for demanding applications. Our materials are integral to processes such as plastic injection moulding, aluminium die-casting, forging, stamping, and fine blanking.
To illustrate, whether it's a mobile phone, a precision appliance, or an automotive component, the mould or tool used in its production is likely made from our steel. This positions us as a critical partner across automotive, consumer goods, fine blanking, engineering, and large-scale manufacturing ecosystems.
