Channel to close down in the UK next month, with cycling moving to TNT Sports

Cycling is about to become a lot more expensive to watch in the UK, as it joins the likes of football and rugby on the premium channels.
From 28 February 2025, Eurosport will disappear in the UK, and live cycling will be moved to TNT Sports, it was announced this week by Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), the parent company of the two channels. As a result, viewers will need to pay for access to TNT Sports, priced at £30.99 a month (but cheaper with some TV packages), putting cycling behind a larger paywall.
