Super Woden GP II
Retro Gamer
|Issue 263
In a world where additional extras are often hidden behind microtransactions and downloadable content it’s rather refreshing to find a game that comes loaded with an obscene amount of extras.
-
Super Woden GP II’s content is arguably its greatest strength as it offers an exceptional amount of game for its paltry asking price.
Upon starting you’ll be presented with a map where you can buy a staggering amount of cars from various fictional dealers, visit your garage, check your stats, tune up your cars and take part in two different game modes, Arcade and Time Trials. Arcade consists of two multicourse routes, complete with a variety of cars to master and some very challenging tracks to navigate. Time Trials is exactly what you’d expect, allowing you to race against ghosts or simply tackle those tricky tracks that are causing you difficulties.
The real meat of Super Woden GP II’s content is found under Go Race and it’s an impressive array of endless races that cover all manner of themes and vehicles. WGP Championships is the main event consisting of a large number of unlockable races. You’ve also got an equally expansive Rally mode that will take an equally long time to master. Endurance sees you competing in lengthy laps of more basic-looking tracks, while Weekend is a themed set of events that require you to compete in everything from race cars to vans. यह कहानी Retro Gamer के Issue 263 संस्करण से ली गई है।
