MEGAWORLD Corp.'s net income last year reached P24 billion, 11 percent higher than the P21.62 billion reported in 2024, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

- BY RUELLE CASTRO

“Consolidated revenues reached almost P86 billion, up 5 percent from P81.7 billion last year, supported by the continued expansion of its recurring income portfolio and healthy residential performance,” the Andrew Tan-controlled realtor added.

Leasing revenues grew 11 percent, at P22 billion from P19.82 billion. Megaworld said its office leasing under Megaworld Premier Offices posted revenues of P4.9 billion, up 11 percent from P4.41 billion a year earlier, driven by contributions from new assets, rental escalations, renewals, and continued take-up from BPO firms and multinational companies within Megaworld’s integrated townships.
