234 PDLs to cast votes in Antipolo special polls

SOME 234 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) are expected to cast their votes during the March 14 special congressional polls in the 2nd District of Antipolo City, according to the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
In its Resolution No. 11198, the Comelec en banc said a total of 234 qualified PDL voters were approved for the forthcoming special elections.
