Second-half lapse proves so costly for Hunslet at Panthers

Four second-half tries in nine minutes cost Hunslet RLFC dearly as they went down 48-10 against Halifax Panthers in the Championship at Odsal on Sunday.

Halifax took the lead with just four minutes gone. The Panthers were granted more tackles after Hunslet knocked on and Ronan Dixon rolled his way over close to the posts (6-0).
Hunslet were next on the board on 19 minutes when after pressure Billy Jowitt put in a kick for Jack Rampton to touch down in the corner (6-4).
