Outstanding city primary joins expanding trust

A Leeds primary school, rated outstanding by Ofsted, has become the ninth to join a West Yorkshire-based academies trust.

Moorlands Learning Trust has announced that Talbot Primary School, in East Moor Road, Roundhay, has joined its Trust of schools across North and West Yorkshire. Talbot, whose last Ofsted inspection was in 2023, is the first primary school in Leeds to become part of MLT's collaboration of schools, united by a shared commitment to excellence, inclusion and opportunity for all.
