Brits stockpiling ahead of ban

Disposable vapes, for too long a playground craze and a blight on Britain's streets, will be banned across the UK

A quarter of vape users have stockpiled ahead of Sunday's disposable vape ban.

A poll of 1,000 adults who use disposable vapes found they typically have nine weeks' worth of the soon-to-be abolished product stashed away.

More than half (51 per cent) are 'worried' about the ban, with 38 per cent concerned about suffering with withdrawal symptoms.

While 42 per cent are 'likely' to start using unregulated black market vapes once disposable options disappear from stores.

It also emerged 36 per cent are opposed to the disposable vape ban, while nine per cent weren't aware of it prior to participating in the study.
