STEVE Tandy is poised to send an SOS to Harri Deaves or Tommy Reffell as he plans for an autumn campaign without his inspirational captain.

Wales skipper Jac Morgan has been ruled out of the rest of the autumn series after dislocating his shoulder in Sunday's defeat to Argentina.
It is a huge blow to both player and coach, with Tandy looking to the British and Irish Lion for on-field inspiration during his first few matches in charge.
Morgan was the only out-and-out openside flanker in Tandy’s squad. If he goes for a like-for-like replacement, that will point him in the direction of Reffell or Deaves, though Cardiff's Taine Basham is another option.
