Stamenic confident Swans can bounce back from defeat

MARKO Stamenic is confident Swansea City can quickly bounce back from the disappointment of last-gasp defeat at Birmingham City last weekend.

After an engrossing and sometimes breathless encounter between two teams determined to take the game to the other, it was the home side who snatched the three points in stoppage time when Lyndon Dykes headed home a cross from Patrick Roberts.

The outcome felt harsh on the Swans, particularly on the back of a first half where they crafted the clearer chances and saw a Zan Vipotnik goal ruled out when the Slovenian striker appeared to be onside when preparing to meet a Josh Tymon cross.
